Hello everyone! Today I’m going to walk you through the complete processing flow of coal gangue. Some of you may not be familiar with coal gangue. Strictly speaking, it is a type of ore with extremely low carbon content, as well as an inevitable solid waste generated during coal mining and washing processes. The coal gangue we usually see is mostly blackish-gray and extremely hard. Precisely because of this property, high-quality processing equipment must be adopted during processing to guarantee production results and avoid problems such as incomplete crushing and unqualified finished products.

Raw coal gangue is first crushed by a jaw crusher. The coarsely crushed materials are then transported via conveying equipment to an impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing. The finely crushed stones go into a vibrating screen, which separates them into two grades of coal gangue. Those that meet the feed size requirements of the sand making machine are sent to the sand maker for further processing, while the rest are sent back to the secondary crushing section for re-crushing until they reach the appropriate particle size, before being delivered to the sand maker for sand production.

This complete coal gangue processing production line boasts remarkable advantages. It delivers stable output with low energy consumption, greatly cutting production costs. In addition, it features a high crushing ratio, energy efficiency, low pollution and easy routine maintenance. It operates efficiently and reliably for both small and medium-sized processing plants as well as large-scale production lines.
