Today we are introducing a key large-scale antimony mine project overseas: relying on its robust crushing equipment technology and customized solutions, Liming Heavy Industry Group has successfully won the bid for the Phase II project of the antimony mine in northern Myanmar.
Antimony ore processing sets high technical thresholds for crushing equipment. In response to the customer’s production demand of 500 tons per hour, stringent requirements are placed on equipment performance and the customized adaptability of overall solutions.
Leveraging its mature crushing equipment technology, Liming Heavy Industry tailor-made a complete crushing solution covering primary crushing to screening for the project. The solution precisely matches the characteristics of antimony ore materials, enabling standardized processing from 800mm feed size to finished particle sizes of 0-10mm, laying a solid raw material foundation for subsequent processes such as ball milling and flotation purification.
The antimony concentrate powder produced by this production line is mainly used in flame retardant manufacturing, which is highly aligned with the high-quality development trend of the global flame retardant material market, realizing an accurate connection between technology and market demand.
At present, the crushing production line for the northern Myanmar antimony mine is in an intensive and orderly installation phase. All equipment has been delivered smoothly as scheduled, with official production scheduled to start in April this year.
Once put into operation, the production line will serve as a benchmark project in the antimony ore processing sector of northern Myanmar. It will help customers steadily increase production capacity and economic benefits, drive the large-scale and high-value development of local antimony mineral resources, and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for all parties.
