Crushing and Grinding Technology
“Stone-hit-stone” centrifugal crushing is adopted and raw materials are crushed, shaped and ground by rotor force to improve final grain shape and enlarge proportion of fine grains.
VU sand grain is round, smooth and clean, with methylene blue value(MBV) below 0.5. Fineness modulus adjustable between 2.3 and 2.9 and powder content between 5% and13%.
Air separation and screening combined to achieve vibrating distribution, linear screening and powder collecting in one chamber.
Tower-layout design is compact and requires less floor area. The whole production line in a closed system, without risk of dust spill-out.
