With the global development, antimony ore, as a special substance, is increasingly mined and used to promote the development of human society. Today, we will briefly talk about the processing technology of antimony ore in mining. The antimony ore processing technology should focus on efficiency and energy conservation, and realize the maximum utilization of resources through optimizing processes and equipment selection.

Antimony ore is processed by a "two-stage or three-stage one-closed-circuit" crushing and screening system, which sequentially undergoes jaw coarse crushing, cone medium crushing and impact fine crushing, combined with the closed-circuit circulation of a vibrating screen, to crush the raw ore step by step to a suitable particle size of 20~50mm, reducing over-crushing.

Subsequently, the "stage grinding, classification control, gravity-flotation combined separation" process is adopted: after rough grinding, spiral chutes or jigs are used for gravity separation to separate coarse-grained antimony minerals; the fine grinding products are further recovered for fine particles through flotation, supplemented by a targeted reagent system to enhance the separation effect. Re-grinding and re-separation are carried out for the middlings to ensure that the concentrate grade meets the standard.

Throughout the process, attention is paid to the application of energy-saving equipment, such as replacing traditional ball mills with high-pressure roller mills to reduce energy consumption, and intelligent control systems to dynamically adjust equipment parameters to reduce ineffective operations. Through streamlined processes, precise classification and combined mineral processing technology, high-purity antimony concentrate is produced at the lowest cost, which significantly improves the economic benefits and resource utilization rate of the concentrator.
