working process
the transmission device brings along the central
axis to drive. The upper part of the axis connects
with the roller hanger, on the frame is loaded with
the rollers, and forms a swinging pivot. It does
revolve around the central rotation, at the same

The shovel system, in the lower part of rollers,
is loaded on the lower part of the roller hanger.

This machine adopts the high efficient grinding
rollers and rings. The rollers and rings are designed
in inverted trapezium. That reduces the slip velocity
of the material entering between the rollers and
rings, which prolong the time that grinding the
material, increase the grinding efficiency.
This machine adopts pressure spring that can balanced
add the pressure and the resilient joint that can
damp the shocking. The lever principle of this machine
makes the symmetrical rollers connects with the
drawbar with the level spring .When the massive
material tips to the rollers, the radial force can
pass to the rollers in the other symmetrical surface
through the spring drawbar. On the account of this,

The vane of the finer collecting device can increase

the fineness of the powder under the same rotational

the air resistance. So under the same power, the

wind fan is available. The efficiency of the impact
vane of air blower in the traditional grinding mill
is only 62%, but the energy conservation impeller
and the vane induced wind fan is 85%.
The convenient impeller adjuster: the size of the
gap between the tip of the separator vane and the
shell will also affect the capacity of the machine.
